Agthia Group is a leading Abu Dhabi-based food and beverage company. Established in 2004, the Company is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) under the symbol “Agthia”. Its majority shareholder, SENAAT (General Holding Corporation), an Abu Dhabi Government-owned company, owns a 51 % stake of Agthia, with the balance held by individual and institutional investors. Agthia’s assets are located in the UAE, Oman, Egypt and Turkey, with Kuwait and KSA being the most recent areas of geographical expansion. Agthia today employs more than 3,000 employees operating under two Business Divisions:

Agri Business Division (ABD), located in the UAE, is responsible for the management, manufacturing, distribution and marketing of Grand Mills Flour, the leading flour in the UAE, Grand Mills Bakeries B2B bakery products, The Grand Baker retail bakery products, and Agrivita Animal Feed, the leading animal feed in the UAE.

Consumer Business Division (CBD) is responsible for the management, distribution and marketing of several food and beverage brands which are manufactured in Agthia-owned operations located in the UAE, Oman, Egypt and Turkey. These include: Al Ain Water, market leader in the Bottled Drinking Water Category in UAE; Al Bayan Water; Capri-Sun Juices; Al Ain Tomato Paste and Frozen Vegetables Products; Yoplait Dairy Products; Pure Natural Tomato and Chili Paste which is sourced from Egypt; and ALPIN Bottled Natural Mineral Water, sourced from Turkey
