Established in 2006, Capitol Estate has helped during its 13 years of existence over 1000 Clients in finding their property and helped them to safely purchase them.

Back in a time where Turkey was newly opening its real estate market to non-Turkish property buyers, our 2 founders were already deeply involved in international business and the lack of professional entrepreneurs in rendering adequate service to an international clientele pushed them to create Capitol Estate back in 2006.

From time of inception until today, Capitol Estate has always been a game changer and a company who always brought professional care and almost obsessive attention to details to make sure that their Clients were happily and safely purchasing their dream property.

With several years of experience in real estate, Capitol Estate has now a growing Team of 20 employees including Sales Representatives and After Sales Teams, offices and contact points in more than 6 locations in Turkey including Alanya, Side, Antalya, Fethiye, Bodrum and Istanbul.
