SHIPOWNING
We also act as shipowners and manage our own vessels.

SURVEYING
We have extensive seagoing experience, and served in command of a variety of ship types.
Drawing on both their seagoing experiences and their knowledge in the marine/cargo surveying field, our personnel are qualified to provide clients with professional expert service.

REPAIR/DRY DOCK
We maintain very close contact with shipyards, workshops and suppliers.
With long experience of onboard management as senior officers we provide ship owners with the best suggestion of repairs/docking.

MANAGEMENT
In addition to managing our own fleet, we’re also a service provider in the commercial and technical management of ships.
Our team has been active in the sector for years and is highly motivated.

CHARTERING & BROKERING
Our Chartering division works closely with ship owners to charter vessels for our customer’s shipments (both part and full cargo) by checking and planning all technical, legal and commercial aspects.
In doing so, we are able to help to minimize any risk surrounding the transportation of our customer’s consignments, by supplying them with transport that is fully compliant with international standards.

With our global shipbroking business, we act as an intermediary between owners and charterers and thus ensure a seamlessly flowing transport chain for the global economy.

1- Yurt içi ve yurt dışı her türlü deniz taşımacılığı ve işletmeciliği, gemi kiralama ve komisyonculuğu,
2- Her türlü deniz aracının donanım işlemleri, bakım ve onarımı, ikmal, temizlik, boya ve yedek parça işleri, her türlü deniz aracının genel kumanya, malzeme, yakıt, yağ ve su temini hizmetleri,
3- Her türlü deniz aracına yükleme, boşaltma işleri ile puantörlük ve brokerlik işleri, yakıt kontrol eksperliği, deniz ulaşım araçları seyir ve genel emniyet teçhizat sistemlerini kurmak, bakım, onarım ve kontrol hizmetleri,
4- Deniz terminallerinin ve limanların bakım ve onarım işleri, her türlü deniz aracına liman ve tersane hizmetleri, denizcilikle ilgili her türlü acentelik hizmetleri, her türlü deniz aracına eksperlik, rehber ve kılavuz hizmetleri, yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği her türlü konuda ithalat ve ihracat.

Şirketin amaç ve konusu başlıca şunlardır,
a) Şirketin amacıyla ilgili olarak ithalat, ihracat, toptan ve perakende dahili ticaret, fason üretim, taahhütlük, pazarlamacılık, temsilcilik, distribütörlük, aracılık, mümessillik, bayilik ve danışmanlık işleri,
b) Şirketin amacıyla ilgili olarak yurt içinde ve yurt dışında bulunan kredi müesseseleri ve bankalarda kısa, orta ve uzun vadeli krediler almak ve bu kredilerle ilgili kredi sözleşmeleri yapmak,
c) Şirketin amacıyla ilgili olarak, şirketin borçlarını ve alacaklarını temin etmek için ipotek, rehin, kefalet ve diğer teminatları vermek, ipotek, rehin, kefalet, ve diğer teminatları almak,
d) Hakiki ve hükmi şahıslarla şirket kurmak, ortak girişimlerde bulunmak, mevcut ticari işletmelere iştirak etmek ve iştirakleri icabında aracılık yapmamak kaydıyla devir ferağ etmek,
e) Şirketin amacıyla ilgili gerekli makine ve edevat ile deniz araçlarını iktisab etmek, devir ve ferağ etmek kiraya vermek ile kiraya almak,
f) Şirketin amacına ulaşabilmesi için gerekli taşınmazları iktisab etmek, devir ve ferağ etmek, kiraya vermek ile kiraya almak, taşınmazların üzerinde irtifak, intifa, sükna, taşınmaz mükellefiyeti, kat irtifakı tesis ile işbu ayni hakları devir ve ferağ etmek, taşınmazlarla ilgili olarak cins tahsisi, infaz, tevhid, taksim, parselasyon ile ilgili her türlü işlem ve tasarrufları gerçekleştirmek,
g) Şirketin faaliyet konularına giren her türlü lisans, know-how, franchise, ihtira beratı, patent, marka, imtiyaz hakkı ve ruhsatların temini için anlaşmalar yapmak,
h) Şirketin amacıyla ilgili her türlü fuar panayır ve sergilere katılmak, şirketin amacıyla ilgili olarak gerekli taşıtları iktisab etmek, devretmek, kiralamak ve bunlar üzerinde ayni ve şahsi tasarruflarda bulunmak.
