Non-Delivery of Cargo, Refusal to Admit Their Responsibility for What Happened

At the moment, we are faced with the fact of unfair actions of the Turkish company ÇINAR CAN LOJİSTİK GIDA İNŞAAT PETROL İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, with the fact of non-delivery of the cargo to the recipient. 
ÇINAR CAN LOJİSTİK GIDA İNŞAAT PETROL İTHALAT İHRACAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ accepted a transport order for the transportation of cargo (fabric) from Turkey to the Russian Federationand and personally signed obligations regarding financial responsibility for the delivery of the goods. 
The cargo was not delivered to the consignee at the address according to the transport order, but was transferred to an unauthorized recipient. The cargo has been stolen.
